API access
Personal API keys for REST and MCP. Limit what AI tools can read or write in your trading journal. Available on Pro. Manage keys in Settings → API keys.
Authentication
Send Authorization: Bearer et_live_… on product routes under https://www.enduretrade.com/api/… (including hosted MCP at https://www.enduretrade.com/api/mcp). The full token is shown once when you create a key.
Permissions
Each key has create / read / update / delete flags for strategies, memos, journal sessions, trades, and trade tags. Read covers both list and get-by-id. There is no inheritance: session write does not grant trade create. Trade messages and screenshots use trade permissions (read for messages and signed screenshot URLs; create or update to append messages or upload screenshots).

Core paths: /api/journal-sessions, /api/trades, /api/trades/:id/messages, /api/memos, /api/strategies, /api/trade-tags, /api/articles, /api/storage/article-image, /api/storage/trade-screenshot-signed-url, /api/storage/memo-signed-urls. Session–memo links: /api/journal-sessions/:id/memos. Articles need the content_creator role. OpenAPI: document/api/openapi.yaml in the repository.
